Job summary
Ramboll is seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished professional to support the growth of our Site Solutions Department across Italy (Milan and Rome). You will lead and deliver complex environmental projects, develop client relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring high-quality project delivery and compliance with evolving regulations.
Based in Italy, you will collaborate with Ramboll experts across Environment & Health, Water, Energy, Planning, and Sustainability
Qualifications
- Experience in contaminated land management and site redevelopment projects.
- Proven business development success with major clients.
- Strong proposal development, project management, and reporting skills.
- Fluent English; Italian local language proficiency expected; Portuguese a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic client relationships and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Lead complex contaminated land, remediation, and site redevelopment projects across sectors.
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies and risk-based approaches.
- Oversee delivery focusing on client satisfaction, quality, and long-term relationships.
