Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished professional to lead and grow our Site Solutions department across Spain and the wider Iberian market. You will oversee contaminated land, remediation, soil and groundwater assessment, environmental due diligence, and brownfield redevelopment projects.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong demonstrable experience in contaminated land management, remediation, soil/groundwater investigations, and site redevelopment.
• Proven business development success and client relationship management.
• Experience leading complex remediation projects across multiple sectors.
• Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Site Solutions, developing client relationships and a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead contaminated land, remediation, soil/groundwater assessment, due diligence, and site redevelopment projects.
• Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, regulatory developments, and risk-based approaches.
• Oversee project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Rambøll teams to deliver integrated site development solutions.
• Drive innovation in remediation strategies and brownfield regeneration.
• Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement and thought leadership.
