Job summary
Ramboll invites an accomplished Growth and Sales Director to drive Site Solutions across Spain and the Iberian market. You will lead business development for contaminated land projects, redevelopment, and environmental due diligence, while delivering technically advanced site investigations and sustainable solutions.
The role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a track record in delivering complex environmental projects within multiple sectors, with a strategic focus
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Site Solutions, build strategic client relationships, and grow the sales pipeline.
- Lead complex contaminated land, remediation, and site redevelopment projects across sectors.
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based approaches, and regulatory developments.
- Oversee project delivery with focus on client satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Ramboll experts to deliver integrated site development and environmental solutions.
