SteelcoBelimed, a leader in cleaning and sterile workflow solutions, is seeking a Project Sourcing Manager to coordinate procurement for R&D and development projects across material categories.

You will act as the primary interface between Procurement, Engineering and Project Management, driving supplier onboarding, risk management, budget control and ESG compliance to meet cost, quality and schedule objectives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, including project-based work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and PUR processes; proficiency in MS Project and Jira is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate procurement activities for development and customer projects across categories.
• Represent Procurement in project governance, steering committees and reviews.
• Promote supplier onboarding, engagement and innovative, cost-effective sourcing.
• Identify and mitigate project sourcing risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Control project budgets and report on cost status, readiness, risk and ESG compliance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with procurement, engineering, PM and finance.
• Ensure consistent sourcing strategies across locations and projects.
• Monitor KPIs such as budget performance, supplier readiness and delivery.
