Overview As Strategic Sourcing Manager you will shape global sourcing for raw materials and surface treatment, partnering with business units and operations to secure cost-effective supply. You will drive category strategies, manage supplier performance, and advance a compliant, sustainable supply base across regions. The role supports growth by delivering measurable cost reductions and optimizing the geographic sourcing footprint. You join an international, values-driven team focused on integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Verantwortungsbereiche Manage direct material categories (capacity, performance, knowledge) Contribute to global Direct Material BCC and spend relocation exposure Experience in machine building, vacuum technology or semiconductors Cross-functional/team leadership experience Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills German and English proficient strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders analytical mindset with risk focus ability to influence and lead across functions global category management Best Cost Country Sourcing (BCC) sourcing in Eastern Europe and Asia
