Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement projects within the Global Procurement Organization. You will partner with internal stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings, risk reduction, and sustainability across multiple sites in Europe.

You will manage complex sourcing events, contract life cycle, and supplier performance, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring governance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in procurement environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Fluent/advanced English and Italian required.

Mansioni

• Understand business needs and justify requirements, analyzing and recommending to the business.
• Manage complex procurement projects with high spends and risks across multiple sites.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure service levels and negotiate with vendors.
• Use tools to provide accurate metrics, reporting, and supplier performance data.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to contracting and implementation.
• Deliver RFI/RFQ across sites, BUs, and countries; negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance and CLM throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive EU-wide procurement initiatives and collaborate with Global Procurement teams.

Italian & English (C1+)

Procurement experience
