SteelcoBelimed is seeking an Indirect Category Buyer to manage operational procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring timely, compliant and cost-effective purchasing across facilities, IT, professional services, logistics and more.

You will collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders, drive supplier performance, contract management and ESG-aligned procurement while adhering to corporate policies and continuous improvement across functions.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in indirect procurement or procurement of services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA) and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders per policy.
• Ensure timely procurement of indirect goods and services including facilities, IT, HR.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and invoice issues; escalate risks as needed.
• Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations and renewals.
• Track category KPIs, savings and overall procurement performance.
• Support supplier onboarding and compliance with ESG policies.
