Sephora USA, Inc in Milan is seeking a Finance Controller to join the Controlling Team. You will actively handle monthly closing, forecasting, and performance analysis for promotions, support all departments, and ensure reporting to HQ.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance, 3-5 years in controlling, strong financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and excellent communication. The position offers an annual gross salary of EUR 43,000 and benefits under the company

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
