LHH is seeking a Financial Controller for a multinational ICT client in Settimo Milanese. The role supports the CFO and leads financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in a fast-paced international environment.

The candidate will collaborate across functions, develop KPI dashboards, optimize working capital, and drive process improvements using ERP systems, especially Oracle NetSuite. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Controlling, FP&A, Audit or similar analytical finance roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent English required.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and support profitability analysis by unit/region.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities.
• Act as ERP system user to optimize reporting processes.
