Dematic is seeking an Execution Controlling Lead in Italy to partner with operational leaders on monthly planning and forecasting, delivering actionable financial insights and performance reporting. You will drive budgeting, headcount analysis and process improvements while leading a small finance team.

Competenze

• Significant experience in finance, financial planning, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles.
• Previous leadership experience with coaching and developing others.
• Experience within a project-based business environment with project accounting principles and financial dynamics.

Mansioni

• Partner with operational leaders to develop and manage monthly workload and forecast planning.
• Provide meaningful financial insight by analysing performance, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support budget, forecast and cost centre management, helping stakeholders understand financial performance and variances.
• Lead workload and headcount analysis to ensure informed resource decisions.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, scorecards and management presentations for senior leadership reviews.
• Coordinate the annual operating plan and budgeting process.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and finance processes.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency within finance.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two finance professionals.
