Etifor is seeking a Finance & Controlling Manager to strengthen financial management, enhance budgeting and forecasting, and deliver reliable insights for strategic decisions. The role partners with administration and managers, balancing financial sustainability with environmental impact, in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Reporting to the CEO and joining the executive team, you will lead budget preparation, management reporting and KPI dashboards, while embedding ESG and B Corp

Competenze

• Budgeting: ability to set up and monitor the company budget.
• Knowledge of Italian statutory financial statements
• Financial Reporting: ability to create clear and timely reports to support Management.
• Cash Flow Management: forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing liquidity.
• Management Control: design and improve management control processes, tools and KPIs.
• Business Partnering: translate financial data into practical insights for decision making.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: build trusted relationships across the organization.
• Process Design & Change Management: design and implement financial processes for growth.
• Digital Mindset & Process Optimization: BI or ERP tools in workflows beyond finance.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting, tax and regulatory framework
• Knowledge of project/contract accounting principles in service firms
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop budgeting and management control framework with annual and multi‑year budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPIs and dashboards.
• Monitor project profitability and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Design and improve financial processes, ensuring accurate project accounting and cost allocation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for the Board and shareholders with reliable management accounts.
• Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Coordinate with professionals for financial statements and approvals.
