Haier Europe is seeking a senior FP&A professional to drive financial insight and planning in a multinational industrial setting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting aligned with company objectives, while leading digital FP&A initiatives and mentoring a junior team.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of FP&A, Controlling, or Finance experience.
• Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
