Competenze

• Four to seven years of experience in Financial Controlling or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• International experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management; provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics; oversee reporting of revenue, margins, and costs.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for assigned business units.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and explain variances.
• Monitor margins and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
