Technogym in Cesena (HQ) is seeking an energetic Controlling Specialist to join the Finance Team. You will report to the Industrial Controller and steer operations with proactive financial insight to guide strategy.

We value a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 3–5 years in financial controlling, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel/Power BI/Tableau. This role suits a team player with an international mindset and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling.

Mansioni

• Focus on value creation.
• Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data.
• Support the creation of business dashboards.
• Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects.
• Support the budgeting process.
• Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans.
• Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments.

Formazione

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
