AKQA Media, based in Veneto, seeks a Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day finance operations within a hybrid work setting. You will ensure timely statutory and tax filings, manage the month-end close, and coordinate group reporting with the finance function.

You will lead the external AP team, maintain Maconomy data integrity, and collaborate with HR and operations on budgets and spend. The role emphasizes process improvements and finance leadership.

Competenze

• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and controls.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Ability to interact effectively in Italian and English.
• Proactive attitude with accountability.

Mansioni

• Deliver month-end close per timelines; report financials and operational data.
• Coordinate month-end with finance team and SSC; manage intercompany reconciliations.
• Publish monthly, quarterly and year-end reports; support budgets/forecasts.
• Maintain budgets and forecasts; collaborate with HR/operations.
• Drive process improvements in finance, reporting and controls.
• Support audits and inquiries; assist Finance Director on special projects.
• Develop the finance function and raise financial awareness across the business.
