HHLA PLT Italy is seeking a Head of Equipment & Maintenance to govern end-to-end equipment strategy, lifecycle, and availability at its Trieste terminal. You will lead engineering, maintenance, and projects, aligning with HHLA Group standards and local regulations.

Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on CAPEX planning, outsourced maintenance, and technical risk management, driving cost efficiency while maintaining safety and performance.

Competenze

• Strong expertise in terminal equipment and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with CAPEX planning and maintenance governance.
• Knowledge of maintenance digitalisation and performance systems.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the terminal equipment strategy and asset roadmap.
• Govern preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance with KPI oversight.
• Ensure safety, compliance, ISO frameworks, and risk management.
• Drive digitalisation of asset data and performance dashboards.
• Lead strategic equipment projects, expansions, and handovers to operations.
• Own CAPEX/OPEX related to equipment and maintenance; manage budgets.
• Coordinate with COO, HHLA International, OEMs, and service providers.
• Develop technical leadership and manage multidisciplinary teams.
