A logistics and transport leader is seeking a Head of Equipment to oversee terminal equipment governance and maintenance at their location in Trieste, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing equipment strategies, ensuring compliance, and leading team performance in a dynamic environment. Candidates must possess significant experience in port or logistics maintenance and be fluent in both Italian and English. This position offers a vital role in shaping the future of operational efficiency and safety.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in port, logistics, or heavy industrial maintenance environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the terminal equipment strategy.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and govern technical projects, ensuring operational integration.

Conoscenze

Expertise in terminal equipment (Ro-Ro, container, yard, rail)

Asset lifecycle management

Knowledge of ISO management systems

Maintenance digitalisation

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Master's degree
