Hamburg Port Consulting GmbH is hiring a Head of Equipment & Maintenance in Trieste. This role involves overseeing all terminal equipment and technical assets with a focus on reliability, CAPEX planning, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 10 years' experience in maintenance environments, with strong leadership skills. Proficiency in both Italian and English is required. The position offers a significant opportunity to shape operational efficiency in a growing terminal infrastructure.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in port, logistics, or heavy industrial maintenance environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Mansioni

• Accountable for the governance of all terminal equipment and technical assets.
• Define and implement the terminal equipment strategy, ensuring alignment with service mix.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and safety standards.
• Drive data-driven equipment performance management.

Conoscenze

Strong expertise in terminal equipment

Proven experience in asset lifecycle management

Knowledge of ISO management systems

Strong understanding of maintenance digitalisation

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
