Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA region. This role drives commercial success of the systems portfolio within the Data Center segment and coordinates with PLMs, marketing, and regional sales to execute a robust strategy and go-to-market plan.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and a passion for sustainability and digitalization in power management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or related technical discipline.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Proven success in strategy development, offer management and commercialization of technical solutions.
• Experience with outcome-based business models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead segment strategy for Utilities and Industrial sectors; track metrics and scorecards.
• Define segmentation, sub-segments, and growth plans; map value chains.
• Develop targeted segment reports with win/loss insights and market dynamics.
• Define and execute the Offer roadmap; lead pricing, ROI, and market launches.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and support GTM with marketing and regional teams.
• Develop sales enablement tools, battle cards, and value propositions.
• Coordinate with M&A for due diligence; support partnerships and ecosystem growth.
• Monitor KPIs and market feedback; adjust plans to meet SP and PP targets.
