DATA4 is seeking an Account Specialist/Manager in Italy to be the local main point of contact for Wholesale and Colo Carrier Enterprise customers. You will deliver reactive and consistent support for day-to-day requests, manage contract renewals, and coordinate capacity with global sales and delivery teams.

You will work closely with Operations, Marketing and cross-functional groups to maintain data accuracy in SFDC, support the sales pipeline, and help strengthen Data4's relationships with key

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, ICT or related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or customer management experience in ICT, cloud or data center.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Legal and Delivery in complex sales cycles.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.

Mansioni

• Act as the local main point of contact for Enterprise customers in Italy (Wholesale/Colo Carrier).
• Provide reactive and consistent support for day-to-day requests and contract amendments.
• Ensure contract renewals and timely fulfillment of capacity.
• Maintain data accuracy in SFDC and coordinate internal approvals for new orders.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Data4's commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with Operations and Delivery to ensure seamless handover and post-sales.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes and service quality.
• Provide local support to the Global Head of Sales across the hyperscale sales cycle when required.
• Work with Marketing to foster Data4 brand and sustain customer relationships.
