SYS-DAT, a leading provider of IT solutions for the Fashion & Luxury sector, is seeking an Account Manager in Italy. You will expand the client portfolio, acquire new customers and upsell across ERP, CRM, SCM and PDM offerings. Strong relationship-building with decision-makers is essential.

The role requires travel, excellent English, and a consultative approach to negotiations and contracts, with collaboration across Delivery units to ensure client success.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in sales roles at medium- to large-sized companies, gained at firms providing IT solutions (ERP, CRM, SCM, PDM, RETAIL, etc.).
• Experience in managing complex negotiations using a consultative sales approach.
• Contract Management
• Effective Collaboration with the Delivery Business Units
• Results-oriented, determined, and proactive
• Good poise and strong communication skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent knowledge of English
