Rotork is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for its newly launched Engineered-to-Order (ETO) Hub in Tuscany, Italy. In this high-impact role, you will be the face of the Hub, guiding customers through their order-to-delivery journey and ensuring quality solutions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft tools. This role also involves relationship-building across teams and requires a willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products.
• Experience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communication.
• Respond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs.

Conoscenze

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering
