Rotork plc is launching an Engineered-to-Order Hub and is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join at the ground floor of a transformative initiative. You will be the face of the Hub, guiding customers through the full order‑to‑delivery journey and translating requirements into robust, high‑quality solutions across engineering, operations and commercial teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products.
• Familiarity with structured engineering techniques.
• Experience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Dynamics CE.
• Strong problem-solving skills and industrial design experience.

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communication.
• Respond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs.
• Carry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes.
• Oversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle.
• Track inventory requirements and escalate risks early.
• Provide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sites.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations.
• Develop project plans and influence delivery timescales.
• Prepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
