Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts, aligning with commercial goals and legal standards.
• Negotiate customer contracts with Business Development, Legal, and others to close deals timely.
• Act as the lead on negotiations with customers on commercial contracting terms.
• Assess and mitigate contractual risks, proposing language supporting business objectives.
• Ensure contracts reflect company priorities and comply with policies.
• Maintain records and track contract status and progress.
• Support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
