Job summary

Dev4Side Software seeks a Chief Core & Cloud Director to architect and scale three strategic Microsoft-enabled business areas. This leadership role combines business-building with deep tech engagement, overseeing 2–3 Practice Directors and a growth-driven P&L mandate.

You will shape strategy, build partnerships with Microsoft and key players, and drive scalable, recurring services while expanding enterprise engagements over the next 3–5 years.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem (Cloud, Security, Modern Work).
• Experience building or significantly growing technology businesses, practices or business units.
• Experience managing revenue, profitability and P&L responsibilities.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute with discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for three strategic business areas.
• Own revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Build propositions and go-to-market strategies with partners and Microsoft.
• Develop strategic relationships with Microsoft and other key partners.
• Identify M&A and inorganic growth opportunities to scale the business.
• Develop key enterprise accounts and expand the customer base.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Practice Directors.
• Attract and retain top technology leaders and create scalable services.
• Turn technology capabilities into recurring, sustainable business value.
