Biosigma, part of the Dutscher Group, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead strategic development, drive growth and enhance long-term value across the Italian market and beyond.

The CEO will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, guiding commercial, financial and organizational performance while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability and talent development.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer or at a senior leadership level.
• Demonstrated success in business development, commercial growth and team leadership.
• Experience in distribution of laboratory products, equipment or consumables is advantageous.
• Solid commercial acumen, financial management and performance monitoring skills.
• Ability to structure organizations, optimize processes and manage complex priorities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
• Leadership style based on empowerment, accountability and people development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the company's strategic direction and annual budget with the Board.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and identify new markets and channels.
• Lead sales and marketing teams and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.
• Develop pricing strategies and optimize product offering and market positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities in Italy, including potential acquisitions.
• Oversee production, logistics, distribution and supply chain performance.
• Shape organizational structure and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Manage financial performance, budgets and investment plans to optimize margins.
