Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or strategic sales in pharma, biotech or life sciences services.
• Strong network within Italian pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Italian business development strategy.
• Sell into CROs, Biotech and pharma groups and build strategic partnerships.
• Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities and manage a strong pipeline.
• Build senior-level relationships and lead complex sales cycles to close contracts.
• Represent the company at events and align cross-functional teams on solutions.
