Iveco Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage a complete product line within the CAB Purchasing team. You will lead supplier evaluation, select sources, and drive sourcing strategies regionally and globally to ensure quality, delivery, and innovation.

You will negotiate LTAs, manage supplier development, monitor market trends, and present performance updates to management and cross-functional teams. Travel will be required to support regional and global projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement roles.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Lead supplier evaluation, selection and sourcing for CAB commodities (Steel and Components).
• Develop and implement regional and global sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate and manage LTAs to achieve cost savings and total cost reduction.
• Drive supplier development and VA/VE initiatives for productivity and cost targets.
• Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Prepare sourcing strategies, business cases and performance updates for stakeholders.
