Iveco Group invites an motivated intern to support cost reduction initiatives across cross-functional teams, focusing on idea generation and early evaluation. You will work with suppliers to assess cost-saving opportunities and help document findings for execution teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and effective communication within a global procurement environment, with a structured internship program and international exposure.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced BI systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• English fluency is a must

Mansioni

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to generate and evaluate cost reduction ideas
• Analyze supplier proposals, specifications, and technical data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and distribute RFIs to gather preliminary information on potential cost reduction solutions
• Maintain alignment with Sourcing Areas on Should Cost projects and supplier communications
• Support cross-functional communication among teams working on key projects
• Track cost reduction initiatives and prepare documentation for handover to execution teams
• Update relevant stakeholders on cost targets and potential opportunities
• Contribute to the development of the cost reduction strategy of the company
