Iveco Group in Turin seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end indirect purchasing, focusing on facility management and auxiliary services, driving strategic sourcing and operational buying. You will lead RFQs and supplier negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help achieve cost savings while ensuring compliance with CCSL and sustainability standards.

The role requires a degree and 3+ years in indirect procurement, strong ERP and SAP skills, and fluent

Competenze

Bachelor degree in engineering, economics, business or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably indirect procurement.
Experience managing service contracts and supplier negotiations in industrial or multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management and supplier governance.
Fluent written and spoken English; ERP/SAP proficiency is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

Manage procurement activities for Facility Management and Auxiliary Services categories (cleaning, security, canteen, vending, waste, landscaping, maintenance, and general services).
Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business needs.
Lead RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations to balance quality, service, cost and timing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support priorities.
Coordinate procurement activities to align with budgets and project timelines.
Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and SLAs; manage contracts and framework agreements.
