Iveco Group in Turin is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement categories within the Indirect Purchasing team, driving strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations to optimize cost, quality and service.

You will collaborate with Real Estate, EHS, HR, Finance and Operations, govern contracts and SLAs, support budgeting and spend analyses, and contribute to continuous improvement across a multinational manufacturing setting, with SAP knowledge considered a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably Indirect Procurement.
• Experience managing service contracts and supplier negotiations in industrial or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, contract management and supplier governance.
• Proficiency with SLAs, performance measurement and supplier governance.
• ERP knowledge (SAP) and Microsoft Office; English language skills.

Mansioni

• End-to-end management of assigned procurement categories within Indirect Purchasing.
• Lead RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations to optimize quality, service, cost and timing.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, EHS, HR, Finance, Operations, Security, and Plant Management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, spend management and cost savings initiatives.
• Build and monitor supplier relationships, conduct KPI/SLAs reviews and contract management.
• Prepare procurement reports, savings tracking and supplier performance dashboards.
