Data4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee client onboarding and maintain relationships within our data centers in Cornaredo, Italy. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and proactively managing client requests, including reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management and a solid understanding of data center technologies, enabling them to represent Data4 effectively during the Operations phase.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
