Behavox in Milan is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead end-to-end relationships with complex financial institutions across Italy and Germany. You will own renewals, drive retention and expansion, and manage cross-functional delivery to maximize platform value.

In this hybrid role based in Milan, you will design executive reviews, forecast ARR churn, and negotiate with senior stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance posture and seamless delivery across the portfolio.

Competenze

• Experience with enterprise SaaS in regulated financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of compliance posture and regulatory risk.
• Ability to manage executive-level relationships and renewals.

• Assess account health and identify risk across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions.
• Design and deliver executive business reviews for all accounts.
• Own renewals across the portfolio and forecast churn risk.
