Sebago is opening a brand-new store in Bologna and is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to coordinate the team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive store performance. Who We're Looking For

For our brand-new Sebago store in Bologna, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Store Supervisor to coordinate the team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure the team consistently reflects Sebago’s brand values.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), establish, analyze results, and identify opportunities to maximize store performance and achieve commercial objectives.

• Oversee daily store activities, inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

• Maintain continuous coordination and timely communication with the HQ, providing regular updates on store operations, commercial performance, team development, and any relevant issues requiring attention.

• Coordinate, motivate, and support the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide clear and regular reports to management on store performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands, demonstrating progressive career development and increasing levels of responsibility in roles such as Senior Sales Assistant, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Supervisor.

• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance indicators.

• Excellent command of English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus).

• Previous experience in new store openings will be considered a plus.

Offer Conditions

• Fixed-term employment contract of 12 months, with the possibility of extension or continuation based on individual performance and business needs.

• Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).

• Level 3 under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sectors (CCNL Commercio – Confcommercio).

• Salary Package: Approximately €27,800–€31,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on the overall assessment of the candidate’s profile and experience.
