Job summary

BasicNet is recruiting for its Sebago store in Milano to hire a Senior Sales Assistant who delivers customer service and sales excellence. You will maintain an inviting store appearance, assist customers, and help ensure the range is complete and neatly displayed.

Who We Are Looking For

For our Sebago store in Milano, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Senior Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.

You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key responsabilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Offer Conditions

• Fixed-term Employment Contract (duration: 6 months), with the possibility of future continuation based on performance and business needs.
• Working hours: Full-time.
• Level 3° under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sectors – Confcommercio (CCNL).
• Salary Package: approximately estimated at € 27.800.
