Who We’re Looking For

For the opening of our new store in Turin, we are looking for a seasoned Store Manager who can guide the team and play a key role in driving the store’s performance and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and foster the team, promoting a supportive and cooperative workplace atmosphere;
• Drive the achievement of sales goals and support the store’s overall performance;
• Manage the customer journey, ensuring outstanding service that reflects the brand’s identity and standards;
• Oversee cash register processes, back‑office duties, and all administrative functions within the store;
• Collaborate with visual and marketing departments to ensure the store consistently meets brand guidelines;
• Analyze sales performance and pinpoint areas for commercial improvement and growth.
