Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably premium or luxury brands.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with commercial awareness and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and identify opportunities to maximize performance.
• Oversee daily store activities, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain coordination with HQ and provide regular updates on store operations and performance.
• Coordinate, motivate and support the team, reporting on achievements and opportunities for improvement.
