CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, staff leadership in the absence of a manager, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, maintaining displays, assisting customers, and upholding confidentiality and CVS policies. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and a base pay range listed in the job

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise is accurate.
