Scalo Outlet & More is seeking an IT Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial targets. The role deputizes in the Store Manager’s absence and focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and sales performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong retail leadership with coaching, communication, and product knowledge to drive results and maintain a welcoming store environment.
