Maxmarafashiongroup is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations across assigned outlets. You will ensure budgeted targets, brand image and customer service standards align with company guidelines.

The role requires analytical skills, English proficiency (C1), and willingness to travel; prior supervisory experience (at least 2 years) is essential. You will manage staff, budgets and digital initiatives to optimize store performance.

Mansioni

• Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) for reference stores
• Manages store costs within the allocated budget
• Maintains and improves POS image and customer service levels
• Oversees POS staff selection, development and task assignment
• Monitors store activities to implement quick, effective solutions
• Promotes staff training on products, customers, and selling techniques
• Coordinates and controls resources (people, costs, investments)
