• Responsible for all aspects of inventory control.
• Supporting the sales team with retrieving stock.
• Keeping back‑of‑house tidy and compliant.
• Performing quality control on all products.
• Supporting after‑sales process to elevate client experience.
• Ensuring stockroom equipment is working.
• Ad‑hoc administration and general tasks.
• Supporting events, visual merchandising, and stock taking.
