Responsibilities

• Grow and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback. Identify strengths and development opportunities and partner with departments for development plans.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans.
• Inspire the team to drive the business and create innovative solutions, fostering a positive environment.
• Organize the team and shop floor coverage to meet changing business needs.
• Provide onboarding support to new joiners to ensure smooth integration.
• Communicate with passion and inspire the team during briefings, training, and 1-1 meetings.
• Lead from the front to connect with clients and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
• Manage customer flow through forward planning and reactive organization to ensure quality service.
• Build a client centric mindset and exceed client expectations.
