Flabelus is seeking a Store Manager to be the heart of the store, leading the team and driving performance while bringing the Flabelus universe to life every day. You'll blend a strong commercial mindset with inspirational leadership to create a space where customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of something special, turning strategy into action on the shop floor.

Competenze

• Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
• Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
• Speak fluent italian and other languages will be a plus.

• Anticipate challenges and solve them with a practical, proactive and positive mindset.
• Work closely with the Retail, Marketing and People teams to bring campaigns, launches and brand initiatives to life in store.
• Share valuable insights from customers, the team and store performance to help improve the business.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales, operations and the overall customer experience.
• Act as a true ambassador of the Flabelus brand, connecting the store with the wider business and helping shape its growth.

About the role

What you'll do

Sales & Customer Experience
