Flabelus is seeking a Sales Assistant to become a true Brand Ambassador, delivering memorable service and sharing the story behind our collections. You will connect with customers, help them find the perfect pair, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

We value a positive attitude, passion for people, and eagerness to learn. Fluency in Italian is required, with additional languages a plus in our international environment.

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be much more than a sales advisor. You'll become a true Flabelus Brand Ambassador, creating meaningful connections with our customers and bringing our universe to life through exceptional service.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
• Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
• Speak fluent italian and other languages will be a plus.
