Flabelus in Rome is seeking a Store Manager to be the strategic leader of our premium fashion store, maximizing sales, building customer loyalty, and guiding the team with empathy. You will design sales strategies, mentor staff, manage shifts, oversee stock, and ensure flawless customer experiences across in-store and online touchpoints using Shopify.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in store leadership, a passion for fashion, strong communication, and a proactive, analytical approach; English

Competenze

• Three years or more of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium fashion brands.
• Passion for fashion, storytelling, and trends.
• Strong skills in sales, leadership, and communication.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs: daily sales, average basket size, conversion rate, etc.

YOUR MISSION AS STORE MANAGER

Your Responsibilities

Who You Are

• At least 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium fashion brands.
• Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and trends.
• Strong skills in sales, leadership, and communication.
• Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working with digital tools (Shopify, Google Drive, etc.).
• Intermediate to high level of spoken English.
• Bonus points: Experience in luxury brands
