Flabelus is hiring a Sales Assistant who will become a Brand Ambassador, connecting with customers to bring the universe of our brand to life through exceptional service. You will welcome customers, offer style advice, and help them find the perfect pair while sharing our storytelling heritage.

We value a positive attitude, a passion for fashion and the ability to build lasting relationships. Fluent Italian is essential, with other languages a plus in our fast-growing international team.

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be much more than a sales advisor. You'll become a true Flabelus Brand Ambassador, creating meaningful connections with our customers and bringing our universe to life through exceptional service.

What you'll do

• Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity and enthusiasm.
• Deliver a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Share the story and values behind the Flabelus brand and collections.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Advise customers on styles, fits and combinations, helping them find the perfect pair for their needs and personal style.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
• Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
• Speak fluent italian and other languages will be a plus.
