Mondelēz International in Milano is seeking a Junior Store Specialist to develop strong customer relationships and drive sell-out through effective in-store activation. The role focuses on improving shelf presence, coordinating promotions, and supporting distribution across hypermarkets and supermarkets.

You will partner with field sales and store teams to execute local initiatives, ensuring optimal product placement and stock availability.

Competenze

Demonstrated track record building customer/stakeholder relationships in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
Solid analytical capabilities to review business performance and drive actions.
