Ferragamo is seeking a highly organized Stock Keeper (Full-Time) for our Florence store. You will oversee warehouse operations and assist clients, supporting both sales floor and stockroom to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key requirements include at least 1 year in stock management within luxury retail, strong client-centred communication, and fluency in Italian and English. Ticket restaurant, incentive plan, and employee discount program are offered.

The part you’ll play

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stock Keeper (Full-Time) to join our store in Florence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
• Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.

What you’ll bring

• At least 1 year of experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision
• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A previous experience as a stock keeper in retail will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional languages is a strong advantage
