Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking a highly organized Stock Keeper (Full-Time) for our Florence store. You will oversee warehouse operations and assist clients, supporting both sales floor and stockroom to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key requirements include at least 1 year in stock management within luxury retail, strong client-centred communication, and fluency in Italian and English. Ticket restaurant, incentive plan, and employee discount program are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in stock management or a similar back-office role in luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and client focus.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent numerical handling and stock management capabilities.
• Previous stock-keeper experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring products are prepared and presented.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth execution of operations.
