Ferragamo is seeking a Showroom Sales Assistant to elevate client relationships and reflect the brand image in the showroom. You will deliver exceptional service and contribute to the Fall/Winter '27 campaign success.

Key duties include presenting the collection, answering product inquiries, and supporting showroom events while maintaining an organized space with strong inventory control. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in luxury fashion or cosmetics retail is preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English, extra languages a plus.

The part you'll play

As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the relationship between the brand and buyers. Serving as a liaison between our brand and clients, you will ensure that the showroom is a reflection of our brand's image and values. You will provide an exceptional level of customer service while assisting in driving the success of the Fall/Winter '27 campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the collection to clients, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
• Respond to client enquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotional events within the showroom.

Showroom Operations & Organisation:

• Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand's image.
• Support inventory management and ensure products are readily available for showroom visits.

Order Processing & Inventory Management:

• Upload and manage buyers' initial orders according to our company guidelines.

What you'll bring

• Essential skills for success in this role include strong communication, attention to detail, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Previous retail experience in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and interest in fashion industry trends.
• Ability to work well in team and under pressure.
• Highly organised with attention to detail, especially in showroom presentation and inventory management.
• Italian and English proficiency written and spoken are mandatory. An additional language will be considered a plus.

What we'll offer

Fixed-term contract from 17th November to 11th December (weekends and bank holidays included)

Gross annual salary: €26,000-28000, depending on experience and qualifications.
